Dear Students,
Students who would not prefer to deliver the internship documents by hand can sign the “Çankaya Üniversitesi Zorunlu Stajyer Öğrenci Sigorta Giriş Formu” document with a blue pen and send its scanned version to “obicakci@cankaya.edu.tr”. This way, your insurance documents will be handed to you via e-mail. The ones who will not do internship in a public institute should fill the “Çankaya Üniversitesi Staj Ücretlerine İşsizlik Fonu Katkısı Bilgi Formu” document and send it through e-mail after the end of their internship. For all the documents that are handed by e-mail, their original signed versions should be kept and handed to the department next semester.
Any other forms that are not mentioned above are required. These forms should be sent at least 1 week before the start of internship.
If the institution requires any other form from you, you can fill the forms named “Document 1” and “Document 2” and send it to “obicakci@cankaya.edu.tr”. These documents will be filled by the required authorities and will be handed to you via e-mail.
